95.777 Persons entitled to benefits. No person shall be entitled to receive any pension from the said pension fund under KRS 95.761 to 95.784 except a regularly retired member or a regular member in the said police or fire department, his widow, or children under the age of fourteen (14) years, or dependent mother or father. Effective: July 15, 2016 History: Amended 2016 Ky. Acts ch. 31, sec. 24, effective July 15, 2016. -- Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 9, sec. 18.
