79.070 Legal departments, courts and boards of education not affected. KRS 79.010 to 79.060 shall not apply to the legal departments, courts, or boards of education, or their personnel, of any city or county that may enter into such a compact. History: Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 43, sec. 7.
