Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1852. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/96). Under KRS 446.260, the repeal of this section in 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 280 prevails over its amendment in 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 195.
