65.015 Legislative intention to occupy field regarding provisions of KRS 336.130. The legislative body of any city, county, consolidated local government, urban-county government, charter county government, or unified local government shall not have the authority to adopt or enforce any ordinance, policy, or resolution that is in conflict with KRS 336.130. Effective:January 9, 2017 History: Created 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 1, sec. 6, effective January 9, 2017.
