528.040 Conspiracy to promote gambling. (1) (2) (3) A person is guilty of conspiracy to promote gambling when he conspires to advance or profit from gambling activity. "Conspire" means to engage in activity constituting a criminal conspiracy as defined in KRS 506.040. Conspiracy to promote gambling is a Class D felony. Effective: January 1, 1975 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 243, effective January 1, 1975.
