49.320 Victim of hate crime deemed victim of criminally injurious conduct. A person who suffers personal injury as a result of conduct in violation of KRS 532.031 is a victim of criminally injurious conduct as defined in KRS 49.280 and is eligible for awards pursuant to KRS 49.270 to 49.490. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 74, sec. 32, effective June 29, 2017. -- Created 1998 Ky.
