387.824 Exclusive basis. KRS 387.822 to 387.838 provide the exclusive jurisdictional basis for a court of this state to appoint a guardian or issue a protective order for an adult. Effective: June 8, 2011 History: Created 2011 Ky. Acts ch. 47, sec. 8, effective June 8, 2011.
