362.1-121 Annual report. Each limited liability partnership and each foreign limited liability partnership authorized to transact business in this Commonwealth shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing an annual report in the office of the Secretary of State on such form as shall be prescribed by the Secretary of State as provided in KRS 14A.6-010. Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 133, sec. 53, effective July 15, 2010; and amended ch. 151, sec. 97, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 21, effective July 12, 2006. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2011). This section was amended by 2010 Ky. Acts chs. 133 and 151, which do not appear to be in conflict and have been codified together.
