352.040 Working places not to be driven in advance of air current. If the mine inspector discovers any working place being driven in advance of the air current contrary to the requirements of this chapter he shall notify the mine foreman to cease work in the place at once and not resume such work until the law is complied with. History: Amended 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 303, sec. 4. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 2739-19.
