35.812 Delegation by the Governor. The Governor may delegate any authority vested in the Governor under this code, and provide for the subdelegation of any such authority, except the power given the Governor by KRS 35.105. Effective: June 25, 2013 History: Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 32, sec. 144, effective June 25, 2013. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 84, effective July 1, 1954. Formerly codified as KRS 35.425.
