35.640 Property other than military property -- Waste, spoilage, or destruction. Any person subject to this code who willfully or recklessly wastes, spoils, or otherwise willfully and wrongfully destroys or damages any property other than military property of the United States or of any state shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. Effective: June 25, 2013 History: Amended 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 32, sec. 112, effective June 25, 2013. -- Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 84.
