35.635 False official statements. Any person subject to this code who, with intent to deceive, signs any false record, return, regulation, order, or other official document made in the line of duty, knowing it to be false, or makes any other false official statement made in the line of duty, knowing it to be false, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. Effective: June 25, 2013 History: Amended 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 32, sec. 110, effective June 25, 2013. -- Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 83.
