318.090 Inspectors -- Appointment -- Qualifications. (1) (2) The department shall appoint and assign plumbing inspectors to each county subject to the provisions of this chapter. Each plumbing inspector shall have at least eight (8) years experience as a journeyman or master plumber. At the time of his or her appointment he or she shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
