30A.160 Delivery of books and records to successor. Upon the resignation, removal from office or expiration of the term of office of a clerk, he shall immediately deliver to his successor, or such other person as the court orders, all books, records, and other papers belonging to his office. For failure to do so he shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 16, effective January 2, 1978.
