30A.100 Assessment of costs. At the termination of an action, every clerk shall assess the costs of each party and file it with the case. The assessment shall be subject to correction by the court by motion upon notice given. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 10, effective January 2, 1978.
