30A.040 Office in each county -- Branch offices -- Office hours. Every Circuit Court and every District Court shall have a clerk's office in each county, and shall have such branch offices within the county as are approved by the Supreme Court. Minimum office hours of the clerk's offices shall be determined by the Supreme Court. Effective: March 19, 1977 History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 4, effective March 19, 1977.
