304.17A-830 Trustees, officers, directors, or employees not to have interest in administrator or group. No trustee of a self-insured employer-organized association group nor any of its employees, officers, or directors shall be an employee, officer, or director of, or have either a direct or indirect interest in, an administrator. No administrator nor any of its employees, officers, or directors shall be a trustee, employee, officer, or director of, or have either a direct or indirect financial interest in, a self-insured employer-organized association group. Effective: June 24, 2003 History: Created 2003 Ky. Acts ch. 78, sec. 16, effective June 24, 2003.
