304.14-620 Administrative regulations on marketing practices. The commissioner shall issue administrative regulations to establish minimum standards for marketing practices, agent compensation, agent testing, penalties, and reporting practices for long-term care insurance. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1167, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 423, sec. 5, effective July 14, 1992.
