304.14-360 Construction of policies. Every insurance contract shall be construed according to the entirety of its terms and conditions as set forth in the policy, and as amplified, extended, or modified by any rider, indorsement, or application attached to and made a part of the policy. Effective: June 18, 1970 History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 14, sec. 36, effective June 18, 1970.
