304.1-040 "Insurer" defined. "Insurer" includes every person engaged as principal and as indemnitor, surety, or contractor in the business of entering into contracts of insurance. Effective: June 18, 1970 History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 1, sec. 4, effective June 18, 1970.
