.110 Information regarding conviction of driver licensed by a foreign jurisdiction.

281A.110 Information regarding conviction of driver licensed by a foreign jurisdiction. Within ten (10) days after receiving a report from a Kentucky court of a conviction of a commercial driver whose license has been issued by another jurisdiction for any violation of state law or local ordinance relating to motor vehicle traffic control, other than parking violations, committed in a commercial motor vehicle, the Transportation Cabinet shall notify the driver licensing authority in the other jurisdiction of the conviction.
