243.232 Sale and resale of vintage distilled spirits. (Effective January 1, 2018) (1) (2) A person holding a license to sell distilled spirits by the drink or by the package at retail may sell vintage distilled spirits purchased from a nonlicensed person upon written notice to the department in accordance with administrative regulations promulgated by the department. Vintage distilled spirits may be resold only: (a) By the drink by a person holding a license to sell distilled spirits by the drink; and (b) By the package by a person holding a license to sell distilled spirits by the package. Effective:January 1, 2018 History: Created 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 59, sec. 2, effective January 1, 2018.
