224.10-230 Time and accounting system -- Documentation of costs submitted to legislative committee -- Promulgation of regulations. (1) (2) (3) The cabinet shall implement a time and accounting system to reasonably and accurately document its actual costs. The cabinet shall submit documentation of its costs to the Interim Joint Appropriations and Revenue Committee prior to the cabinet's submittal of its biennial budget request. The cabinet may promulgate regulations amending the fees set forth in KRS 224.20050, 224.46-012 to 224.46-018, and 224.70-120. The fees established in the promulgated regulations shall be based on the cabinet's actual costs. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 471, sec. 8, effective July 13, 1990.
