224.10-190 Transfer of assets and personnel from Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet. All funds, credits, assets, appropriations, outstanding obligations, personnel, equipment and all resources or other tangible property and any business or other matter now undertaken or vested in the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet are hereby transferred and vested in the cabinet. History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art. III, sec. 7, effective June 21, 1974. Formerly codified as KRS 224.016. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
