222.280 Accessibility of records to federal agencies. The Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services shall be afforded reasonable access to any reports or records kept by the cabinet pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The comptroller general of the United States or his duly authorized representatives shall have access for the purpose of audit and examination to the same reports or records.
