218A.274 Pregnant women to receive priority by state-funded substance abuse treatment or recovery service providers. Substance abuse treatment or recovery service providers that receive state funding shall give pregnant women priority in accessing services and shall not refuse access to services solely due to pregnancy as long as the provider's services are appropriate for pregnant women. Effective: March 25, 2015 History: Created 2015 Ky. Acts ch. 66, sec. 12, effective March 25, 2015; and ch. 82, sec. 1, effective June 24, 2015. Legislative Research Commission Note (3/25/2015).
