216C.230 Submission of panel's report. The chairperson shall submit a copy of the panels report by registered or certified mail within five (5) days after the panel gives its opinion to: (1) The cabinet; and (2) All parties and the attorneys for the parties. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Created 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 22, sec. 24, effective June 29, 2017.
