216C.150 Removal and replacement of panel member. The chairperson may remove a member of the panel if the chairperson determines that the member is not fulfilling the duties imposed upon the panel members by this chapter. If a member is removed under this section, a new member shall be selected in the manner provided in KRS 216C.100 for dismissed panel members. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Created 2017 Ky.
