216C.130 Sanctions for failing to act as required. A party, attorney, or panelist who fails to act as required by this chapter without good cause shown is subject to appropriate sanctions upon application to a Circuit Court that has jurisdiction over the subject matter. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Created 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 22, sec. 14, effective June 29, 2017.
