216C.110 Notice to cabinet of medical review panel membership. When a medical review panel is formed, the chairperson shall, within five (5) days, notify the cabinet and the parties by registered or certified mail of the following: (1) The names and addresses of the panel members; and (2) The date on which the last member was selected.
