216C.080 Health care providers eligible for medical review panel selection. Those health care providers who are natural persons, whether in the teaching profession or otherwise, who hold a valid, active license to practice in his or her profession shall be eligible for selection as a member of the medical review panel. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Created 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 22, sec. 9, effective June 29, 2017.
