216.843 Compensation for damage to private property. All private property damaged or destroyed in carrying out the powers granted by KRS 216.800 to 216.853 shall be restored or repaired and placed in its original condition as nearly as practicable or adequate compensation made therefor out of funds provided under the authority of KRS 216.800 to 216.853. Effective: June 13, 1968 History: Created 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 132, sec. 18, effective June 13, 1968.
