216.835 Lessee to maintain project. Except as otherwise provided in the agreement or lease relating thereto, each project when constructed and opened shall be maintained and kept in good condition and repair by the lessee under the terms and provisions of such agreement or lease, and shall be operated and maintained by such lessee, and other operating and maintenance employees, as the lessee may in its discretion employ, and the lessee shall not be reimbursed for the cost thereof unless expressly otherwise provided in such agreement or lease. Effective: June 13, 1968 History: Created 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 132, sec. 15, effective June 13, 1968.
