202B.190 Disclosure of professional communications. In proceedings under this chapter, there shall be no privilege as to any relevant communications between qualified professionals in the area of intellectual disabilities and patients. Qualified professionals in the area of intellectual disabilities may disclose communications relating to diagnosis and treatment of the patient's mental condition.
