190A.140 Penalty for violation of chapter. Any person who violates or causes, aids, or abets any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both. Effective: January 1, 2015 History: Created 2014 Ky. Acts ch. 27, sec. 14, effective January 1, 2015.
