189A.400 District Court jurisdiction over issuance of ignition interlock and hardship licenses -- County attorney's review of application and right to object. (1) (2) The District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the issuance of ignition interlock and hardship licenses. The county attorney shall review applications submitted to the District Court and may object to the issuance of ignition interlock and hardship licenses.
