189A.400 District Court jurisdiction over issuance of ignition interlock and hardship licenses -- County attorney's review of application and right to object. (1) (2) The District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the issuance of ignition interlock and hardship licenses. The county attorney shall review applications submitted to the District Court and may object to the issuance of ignition interlock and hardship licenses. Effective: June 24, 2015 History: Amended 2015 Ky. Acts ch. 124, sec. 10, effective June 24, 2015. -- Created 1991 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 15, sec. 24, July 1, 1991.
