189A.320 Court reporting of convictions and license revocations to Transportation Cabinet. Each court shall report to the Transportation Cabinet the convictions of persons and license revocations imposed by the court for violation of KRS 189A.010(1) and 189A.103. Effective: July 1, 1991 History: Created 1991 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 15, sec. 15, effective July 1, 1991.
