189A.210 Duty of court clerk to obtain defendant's driving history record upon arrest for driving while impaired. When a defendant is arrested upon a charge of violating KRS 189A.010(1), the court clerk shall obtain forthwith the information from the defendant's driving history record and make it a part of the record of the case.
