181.840 Dissolution of commission -- City legislative body to operate and maintain bridge. When the principal and interest on all of the bonds have been paid or their payment fully provided for, the commission shall stand dissolved. Thereupon the city legislative body shall assume the operation and maintenance of the bridge, and, unless the cost of operation, maintenance and repair is otherwise provided for, shall assume the collection of tolls for the payment of the cost, and shall do all other acts necessary and convenient for the maintenance of the bridge.
