14A.4-050 Obligations of registered agent. The duties of a registered agent are to: (1) Forward to the entity or foreign entity for which it is the registered agent any service of process, notice, or demand received on its behalf; and (2) Collect and maintain the information described in KRS 14A.4-010(3). Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Created 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 32, effective January 1, 2011.
