119.235 Alteration, suppression, or destruction of stub book, return, or certificate of election. Any person who willfully alters, obliterates, secretes, suppresses or destroys a stub book, return or certificate of election, and any officer who makes, aids in making or authorizes the making of any false or fraudulent stub book, certificate of election or election return, shall be guilty of a Class D felony.
