Download as PDF 99.635 Powers vested in commissioners -- Removal procedure. The powers of the agency shall be vested in the commissioners appointed as members of the board of commissioners. For inefficiency or neglect of duty or misconduct in office, a commissioner may be removed by the governing board of the city, but only after he shall have been given a copy of the charges made against him at least ten (10) days prior to a public hearing thereon, if such a public hearing is requested within two (2) days after notice of charges.
