99.080 Fees for supervisory services -- Development by more than one corporation.

(1) (2) The planning commission and the supervising agency may each adopt a schedule of fees to be paid said commission or said agency, as the case may be, upon the filing of the development plan, amendments thereto and other instruments in connection therewith. The amount of these fees shall not exceed the reasonable cost of the examining, inspectional and supervisory services required under KRS 99.010 to 99.310. An area may be developed by one (1) redevelopment corporation, or an area may be divided into two (2) or more development areas, each to be developed by a different redevelopment corporation, as the planning commission and supervising agency may direct, having due regard to all factors, including but not limited to planning and zoning laws, rules and regulations, the environment of the area and redevelopment area, the public safety, health, morals, and general welfare, and the interests of the development corporations, to the end that the purposes of KRS 99.010 to 99.310 may be best accomplished; but if the planning commission and the supervising agency are unable to agree thereupon, the local legislative body shall by resolution determine the matter.
