(1) (2) The clerks of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Circuit Courts shall collect a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) for taking or filing any bond or release on recognizance. Such fee shall be deposited in the general fund of the State Treasury. Effective: July 1, 2008 History: Amended 2008 Ky. Acts ch. 158, sec. 5, effective July 1, 2008. -- Amended 1982 Ky.
