Upon the entry of a dispositional order and an appeal being filed, all issues relating to detention, custody, or participation in court-ordered programs may be reviewed by the Circuit Court upon motion being filed by the child with notice to the county and Commonwealth's attorney. Effective: July 1, 1987 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 423, sec. 34, effective July 1, 1987.
