Download as PDF 511.060 Criminal trespass in the first degree. (1) (2) A person is guilty of criminal trespass in the first degree when he knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a dwelling. Criminal trespass in the first degree is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: January 1, 1975 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 101, effective January 1, 1975.
