For the purpose of taking the bond mentioned in KRS 426.640, the officer shall select three (3) disinterested housekeepers, and administer to them an oath to make a fair appraisement of each article of the property; whose appraisement, in writing, shall be recited in the bond. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 646.
