Creditors failing to appear and prove their claims, pursuant to such order, shall have no claim against the executor or administrator who has actually paid out the estate in expenses of administration, and to creditors, legatees or distributees, and shall have no claim against the legatees or distributees. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 299, sec. 17. -- Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 433.
