In all actions the court shall make an order for the creditors of the decedent to appear before a commissioner, to be appointed by the court, and prove their claims before a certain day to be named in the order, notice of which shall be given by publication pursuant to KRS Ch. 424; and, by such other publication as the court directs. History: Amended 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 239, sec. 226. -- Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 430.
