(1) (2) An appeal from an order appointing a curator to collect and preserve the estate of an absent person may be taken as in the case of an administrator. An appeal from any order appointing a curator under KRS 395.410 shall not suspend the powers of the curator. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
